Agatha award nominee Jessica Everett loves fountain pens, red convertibles, and throwing parties. She lives with her exuberant family and preposterously privileged poodle, Sam. Jessica splits her time between a tiny New Hampshire village and the coast of Maine, a state her family has called home for generations.

When away from her desk, she obsessively knits wool socks and enthusiastically speaks Portuguese with a shocking disregard for the rules of grammar.

Jessica’s books have received starred reviews from Publishers Weekly and Library Journal. Her first novel won the Daphne du Maurier award for mystery.
