Rene G. Vazquez del Valle

My name is Dr. René G. Vázquez del Valle, and I am a therapist in private practice.

I received my MSW at Columbia University and my Doctorate at the CUNY Graduate School. While working for the NYS Office of Mental Health, South Beach Psychiatric Center, I also taught at Long Island University and was a guest speaker at both the NYU School of Medicine, Dept. of Psychiatry and CUNY Law School. I evaluated grant proposals for HIV programs by the Ryan White Foundation.

In my free time, I enjoy landscape design, swimming, film festivals and international travel. Currently residing in Jackson Heights, Queens, NY and East Hampton, NY.I work as a private practice therapist in several mental health clinics throughout New York.
