Elizabeth Hart

A bookworm from a young age, Elizabeth Hart knew she wanted to be an author from the jump. But, as in the best stories, her journey to realizing her dream was long and winding. She tried her hand at a variety of jobs, including restaurant hostess, bookstore cashier, and publishing professional, while traveling the world and seeing cool stuff, like Oxford’s most famous pubs and what Canada is like in the winter. Now she lives in Virginia and spends her time writing, teaching creative writing classes, and planning her next adventure. Princess the cat from Red as Royal Blood was inspired by her own fluffy calico princess. E
