Neil Laird 
Neil Laird is an LGBTQ+ Emmy-nominated Executive Producer and storyteller with an exceptional record of developing, overseeing, writing, and producing more than 1,000 hours of non-fiction television and film for U.S. and U.K. audiences. Specializing in historical and archaeological programming, he has collaborated with leading networks including Discovery Channel, A&E, History, PBS, BBC, Channel 4, Animal Planet, and National Geographic.
Currently, Neil oversees major projects for Discovery and Science Channels, including blue-chip series such as Expedition: Deep Oceans and Walking With Ancients, as well as acclaimed programs like Mysteries of the Abandoned and Unearthed. His upcoming productions include Tut’s Lost City Revealed, Forgotten World of the Amazon, and Final Secrets of the Valley of the Kings.
Beyond television, Neil is also a novelist. His debut novel, Prime Time Travelers, launches a new series that follows a TV documentary crew as they time-hop through the ancient world—from Egypt to Pompeii—causing chaos and rewriting history one episode at a time.
