Sandra & Taylor Preisler

Sandra & Taylor Preisler

Sandra Preisler was born and raised in Casper, Wyoming, and it was there that she met her future husband, Ken, while playing baseball. She still claims it was her impressive second base skills that first caught his eye. After having spent decades raising kids and then caring for elderly parents, the time is finally right to pursue her early love of writing. She has been an avid reader of historical mysteries for years and is very excited to have written her debut novel, The Ties That Divide, with her oldest daughter Taylor Preisler.

Taylor Preisler spent her formative years in Casper, Wyoming, surrounded by a menagerie of creatures, including llamas, chickens, dogs, cats, and even one memorable stint involving raccoons. When she was in her mid-twenties, she decided it was time for a change of scenery and moved to Phoenix, Arizona. She currently lives there with her sister Ryley and roommate Lauryn, as well as their own little menagerie, including a rotating roster of foster kittens. She has been passionate about reading and writing since childhood, to the detriment of any knowledge of math. She is very excited to have written her debut novel, The Ties That Divide, with her mother Sandra Preisler.
