Gina Lynn Larsen

GINA LYNN LARSEN grew up on a 100-acre, family dairy farm with 200 head of registered, pure-bred Holsteins, a dozen horses, barn cats, herding dogs, her four siblings, and a bunch of extended family. The family business of cows and corn and consistently milking said bovine shaped her into who she is today. She’s comfortable fixing fences, running power tools, wearing a dress, applying makeup, speaking into a microphone, feeding a large crowd, and opening a beehive. She loves animals as much as she loves people and lipstick, and her love for Idaho is deep—she can still sing the state song.

An extrovert married to a soccer boyturned-funeral director, she and Kyle live on a beautiful eight-acre property, complete with horses, a cow or two, goats, dogs, cats, and bees—oh! and their four children, who are basically adults now. It’s the dream life, some might say, but Gina would be quick to add that they’ve had plenty of plot twists that have required a lot of prayer and patience. .
