Phyllis R. Dixon
Phyllis R. Dixon began her literary career as a bookstore owner, before deciding she preferred to write her own stories. She is a native of Milwaukee, Wisconsin and has lived in Houston, Texas, Pine Bluff, Arkansas and now resides in Memphis, Tennessee. She is the author of the novels, A Taste for More, Intermission, Down Home Blues, Forty Acres and the newest, Something in the Water. She is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc. and a former national bank examiner. When not reading or writing, she enjoys classic movies, old school R&B, and chocolate.
