Marietta Apollonio

Marietta Apollonio is the author-illustrator of JACK THE LIBRARY CAT. She grew up making mud pies, reading comic books, and playing in the woods of the Hudson Valley region of New York. She works in multiple mediums such as watercolor, color pencil, graphite, ink, and digital. When she is not in the studio drawing or writing, she is attempting to garden, looking at picture books, hiking with her family, horseback riding and drinking tea.
