Jutta Maria Herrmann

Jutta Maria Herrmann was born in Saarland, is a trained bookseller and studied German. She has organized rock concerts, scrubbed floors as a cleaning lady, worked as a secretary in a carpenter's workshop and in the Ökowerk Berlin, wrote dubbed scripts and for a long time worked as an assistant to the political editor of a daily newspaper. In 2020 she quit her job to devote herself entirely to writing.

The author has published four psychological thrillers with Knaur Verlag. YOU ARE EVIL, their fifth psychological thriller, was published in 2019 as an eBook and paperback exclusively on Amazon. The book made it into the top 25 bestsellers in the Kindle Shop and won the Kindle Storyteller Award in 2019.

In the same year, SCHULD ARE YOU, and in June 2020 Jutta Maria Herrmann published her debut thriller, which was published in 2014 by Knaur Verlag under the title “Hotline”, with a new cover and her favorite title: NOTHING WILL BLEIBEN VON DIR .

Her second self-published thriller ICH BRINGE TOD was released in January 2021.

Since 2003 she has lived with her husband, the author Thomas Nommensen, in the Berlin bacon belt in the Brandenburg region of Panketal.
