Terry Graham

Terry Graham

I’ve been imagining love stories since I began playing with Barbie and Ken. In high school, I read Barbara Cartland along with Dickens, Austen, Asimov and everything else the local library let me borrow. After two careers; as a chemist and a computer programmer, I retired and vowed to fulfill my dream of writing romance novels.

My first break arrived in 2018, when I won the Wisconsin RWA FabFive contest in the historical category. The next year I decided to give traditional publishing one last shot and submitted the same manuscript, A Matter of Manners, to three small publishing houses. To my delight, Wild Rose Press contracted to give it birth.

I live in upstate New York, with my cat Amber, who chases bugs while I write, read, garden, and cook. I love to travel, both physically and in my mind, and continue to learn about the wonder of life. My own happily-ever-after still eludes me, but I did have a happy-for-a-while that blessed me with a geeky, kind-hearted son.
