Fairy tales, Celtic myths and legends, Austen, Cooper and Krantz have all shaped Bella's world and her writing.  Growing up in rugged, beautiful Scotland feeds the wild passion of the romances she writes.  Escaping to far flung glamorous locations lends it the high octane glitz.

She shares her world with highly significant others, including a man, a dog, an itinerant guinea fowl and thousands of happy, chirpy sparrows and housemartins (in season), in the tranquil quite of the Scottish Borders, and the elegant buzz of the Scottish capital.
