Lauren Sattersby

Lauren Sattersby is an author of M/M romance novels. She grew up in the US Deep South and still has a Southern accent that immediately exposes her as an outsider in the Midwest, but that’s okay because she likes her drawl. Lauren started out attempting to write traditional heterosexual romances, but it became painfully obvious very quickly that her main characters were never quite as traditional as she tried to force them to seem. Then when she realized that the hero of one of the novels was obviously making out with his male best friend in between scenes, she decided to just let her characters be who they wanted to be. Lauren lives in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, with her partner and their three terrible cats.
