Emma Campion

Emma Campion

Pseudonym for Candace Robb.

I'm Candace Robb , a historian with a focus on 14th century Britain and historical crime fiction author. I am also Emma Campion, author of historical novels about intriguing women from King Edward III's court. This pseudonym allows me to pursue and distinguish between my two writing passions: historical crime fiction (Candace) and historical novels (Emma), all set in the 14th century. As Candace, I've published ten Owen Archer mysteries and one short story, the Margaret Kerr trilogy, and one contemporary crime short story. As Emma, I've written two novels thus far, one about Alice Perrers and one about Joan of Kent. After that, who knows?
