Jackie Hennessey

Jackie Hennessey moved from Texas to Rhode Island in high school and has enjoyed the big transition (minus the 1980's perm) ever since. Having worked full-time, part-time and been a stay-at-home mom too, Jackie sees “mom” from a variety of angles. And thankfully, with a sense of humor. Jackie blogs about her take on motherhood, writes about it in her award-winning book, How to Spread Sanity on a Cracker, and has vented about it in front of live audiences including the Providence Listen to Your Mother show. This former journalist-turned-public relations consultant is a graduate of Texas A&M University, where she received the “Best Aggie-Life writer” award. When she's not taxiing her kids around or folding laundry while binge-watching HGTV, she likes to vent with the girls over cheese dip. Jackie lives in Rhode Island with her husband, two kids and their two crazy Goldens
