Cj Omololu

Cj Omololu

Cj is a writer living in Northern California with her husband and two sons. She grew up with the serviceable last name of Jaynes, but then married a handsome Nigerian man, which is why her other last name has so many vowels. She was born in New Jersey, but grew up in San Diego. Being almost 6 feet tall by the time she was twelve made it painfully easy to remember her teen years. Even though she was really tall, she didn't like sportsβ€”but she did read a lot (and she means a lot!) of books. Still, she never thought she'd be a writer. Except for a book called How the Rabbit Got His Hop that she wrote in third grade, she didn't write anything unless she had to. Every diary she's ever had stops on or about January 21st because she'd get bored writing about her own life. She's found that she does, however, enjoy writing about the lives of pretend people.
