Emmie Mears

Emmie Mears was born into a nomadic childhood. As an adult, she became a proper vagabond somehow ended up with a BA in History.

Growing up she yearned to see girls in books doing awesome things and struggled to find stories that showed female heroes saving people and hunting things. She decided the best way was to write them herself. She now scribbles in the fantasy genre, penning stories about flawed characters. She lives outside DC with her husband and some intrepid critters.
