"D.R. Ransdell is an author in Tucson, Arizona where she can enjoy good weather most of the year. She loves to travel, so travel often is a feature in her writing. She also plays the violin in both a classical group and a mariachi band. Thus her first mystery is MARIACHI MURDER. Andy knows better than to let a beautiful woman turn his head, but he can't help himself even if it means breaking and entering, impersonating his brother, and putting his band at risk. His adventures continue in ISLAND CASUALTY. Andy heads to a remote Greek island for a little R & R, but instead he dodges bullets and infiltrates a bouzouki band. D.R. also has a contemporary international romance series featuring the Campanello sisters. In THAI TWIST the sisters travel to Thailand after Gina wins a contest. While Rachel wants to visit every single museum, Gina is more interested in fulfilling a neighbor’s request to deliver a package to a long-lost relative, especially after the man’s grandson piques her interest. The problem is that she knows so little about Thailand that each new clue raises more questions than it answers. D.R. has also published a volume of poetry: THE SECRET LIVES OF THE PINK HOUSE CATS.
