Tessa Gray
Tessa Gray's fascination with cowboys began at the age of three when her bright, red cowboy boots were swept away in a Minnesota tornado. A huge fan of Roy Rogers and Dale Evans reruns, she's always dreamed of what life out on the Texas prairie might be like. Although Tessa resides in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, she considers the tiny, West Texas town of Alpine her second home. On the last weekend in February each year, she travels to Alpine to attend the Annual Cowboy Poetry Gathering and enjoys a hearty, cowboy breakfast at the Chuck Wagon.
LAST CHANCE TEXAS, released on Amazon in December of 2012 is the first in a three book trilogy featuring life in West Texas. Tessa's other December release, TEXAS SUNSET is a contemporary romance featuring the journey of a widow struggling to raise two young children.
A member of the Dallas Area Romance Writers, Texas Mountain Trailwriters, and Yellow Rose chapters, Tessa writes both contemporary romances and women's fiction. Tessa is an Associate Professor at a college where she teaches English Composition. Her favorite pastime includes sitting outside on the patio, watching her two, adorable miniature donkeys and four dogs with her husband, Jim.
