Ann Fields

nn Fields, who writes occasionally as Anna Larence, is the author of "After Hours," "Second Time Around," "Love Everlasting," "Give and Take," and the novella, "The Preacher's Wife," in the anthology "Bouquet." Her books have received national coverage in various media outlets and nominations for industry awards, including the Romance Writer's of America's Best Multi-Cultural Romance Award. Her debut horror novel, Fuller's Curse is scheduled for a 2013 release. Before retirement from corporate, Fields was a staff writer for an international ministry; a public relations and marketing professional for a sports management firm; a technical writer in the transportation field; an analyst in the telecommunications industry; and a manager in the regulatory arena. She values her nearly 20 years of varied corporate experience as it provides much fodder for stories and characters. Now, as a full-time writer, Fields focuses on writing novels, short stories, and screenplays. In addition, Fields is a contributing writer for "Teen Graffiti" magazine; serves on the board of the Helen Darling Foundation, a childhood literacy organization; and volunteers at several annual conferences for adolescent girls and teenagers. She also lends her writing and editing expertise to “A Legacy of African American Literature,” a yearly anthology of African American writings.
