Sabrina Soto

Sabrina Soto

Host and Designer of HGTV’s Get it Sold, Real Estate Intervention, and her latest endeavor, The High Low Project, Sabrina Soto’s inventive approach to design and savvy DIY style has propelled her into the homes and on the television of millions. An expert on all things home-related, Sabrina’s success hinges on her innate ability to transform an inexpensive, discarded element into a wow-piece. From creating a headboard for less than $25 and organizing clutter, to staging an impossibly small room and getting a grease stain out of the carpet, Sabrina has tips for every home situation. She sees possibilities where others see a roadblock and, best of all, is able to relay this vision to her audience. Target’s Style Expert for Home, Sabrina has established herself as a staple in home design by offering the Target consumer a voice of direction through multiple platforms including online tutorials and television ads. Embodying her design philosophy of affordable luxury, Sabrina’s venture with Target brings high-end design sensibilities to the masses by showing how easy it can be to achieve a polished home aesthetic at a reasonable price. In addition to her TV and Target projects, Sabrina is also filming for Extreme Makeover: Home Edition. Sabrina has enjoyed extensive exposure across the entire HGTV platform, guest hosting and appearing on various shows and specials including White House Christmas, HGTV’s Green Home, Bang For Your Buck, House Hunters, Showdown, Buying & Selling Secrets and the most recent HGTV favorite, HGTV’d. Her most recent project is a magazine-style, splurge versus steal show called The High Low Project. True to Sabrina’s designing operandi, The High Low Project offers the viewer not one, but two reveals: one high-end, and one more budget conscious mirroring the high-end look. A LEED-accredited designer and licensed real estate agent, Sabrina credits her instinctive talent to working in her mother’s decorating business at the start of her career. The experience sparked a passion for design and a knack for creating beautiful spaces in any budget range. Prior to joining the HGTV family, Sabrina’s vivacious personality landed her roles as a host for multiple series on TLC and MTV, and a web-based show on Yahoo!, in which she interviewed top recording artists and celebrities. Sabrina has ridden a crest of popularity from those initial shows, due in large part to her upbeat, high-energy approach and her ability to connect on a personal level with a wide range of guests. One of the world’s most sought after design experts Sabrina has been featured in Elle Decor, People, People En Espanol, Time Magazine, InStyle, Esquire, Parade, Variety, Latina, USA Today, The New York Post, and has contributed to The Today Show, Rachael Ray and Nate Berkus among others. Currently living in New York City, Sabrina tirelessly juggles designing, filming and treating friends and family to her second passion, cooking. In addition to serving as Target’s Style Expert for Home, Sabrina generously donates her time to Target Corporation’s philanthropic efforts, including Earth Day home makeovers, a library makeover at Ft. Meade for Veteran’s Day and a Mother’s Day project to pamper and entertain the mothers of sick children at the St. Jude’s Target House.
