Marni Bates

Marni Bates’ writing career began when her autobiography, MARNI, (part of HCI’s Louder Than Words series) was on the New York Public Library Stuff for the Teen Age 2010 List. She then signed a four book contract with KTeen and released her first YA novel AWKWARD on January 1, 2012. In her free time, she can be found reading romance novels, rollerblading, singing (or yowling, as most people describe it) in public and . . . watching copious amounts of television. Strictly for artistic inspiration, of course!
