Maureen is a television writer whose credits include "The Dish" on the Style Network, "Jimmy Kimmel Live," Nickelodeon’s "BrainSurge," "Beauty & the Geek," and GSN’s "Love Triangle." She is also a former recipient of a Walt Disney Studios screenwriting fellowship, where she wrote a romantic comedy based on her rather painful divorce. The script didn’t make it to the big screen, but it did teach her a few things about happily ever after. Before moving to Hollywood, Maureen spent nearly a decade working on Capitol Hill. Before that, she grew up in Helena, Montana dreaming of the day she could move away. Now she spends a lot of time stuck in traffic, thinking about how nice it’d be to go back.
NEVER A MISTRESS, NO LONGER A MAID is her first novel. She is, at this very moment, supposed to be finishing its follow-up, but is quite likely reading or watching TV, pretending it’s "research" for her television career. She is most appreciative of your giving a first-time novelist a chance and invites everyone to follow her on Twitter and check out her Facebook fan page.
