Jaime Aron

aime Aron is a lifelong Texan - born and raised in Houston, a graduate of the University of Texas in Austin, and a resident of Dallas since 1992. He's worked for The Associated Press since 1991, and been the AP's Texas Sports Editor since 1999. In addition to regularly covering the Dallas Cowboys and Mavericks, he's covered the Summer & Winter Olympics, Super Bowl, World Series, NBA Finals, Stanley Cup Finals, NCAA men's and women's Final Fours, BCS Championship and more. He was named the AP Sports Writer of the Year for 2001.
