Linda Reid

Linda Reid is a physician and writer who has co-authored the Sammy Greene Thriller Series with fellow MD Deborah Shlian. DEAD AIR, the first in the series, won the 2010 Royal Palm Literary Award. Dr. Reid is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Pediatrics at the David Geffen School of Medicine, UCLA, and has been published in the Washington Post, Baltimore Sun, Los Angeles Times, Salon, Woman's Day, and the Huffington Post. Her sci-fi/fantasy novel "Where Angels Fear to Tread"/Renegade Paladins, written as Yolanda Pascal, won a 2010 Mensa Sharp Writ Books Award. Dr. Reid and her husband live in Los Angeles and are the parents of three wonderful teens.
