Lulu Powers

Since founding her catering company in 1994, chef to the stars Lulu Powers has become one of Los Angeles's most sought-after caterers, delighting clients such as Will Smith and Jada Pinkett-Smith, Madonna, Arianna Huffington, and Bill Clinton with her inspired take on entertaining, investing every detail, from food to dÉcor, with her distinctive sparkle and personality. One of six children, she grew up in Weston, Connecticut; her family home was known as the "drive-in cooking school" because people constantly stopped by looking for food and cooking advice. Lulu lives in Los Angeles with her husband, photographer Stephen Danelian, and their two dogs, Sweet Pea and Mr. Pickles.
