Dr. Gary Namie, a “Recovering Academic,†has extensive experience as a professor in management and psychology at several colleges including the University of Southern California and Scripps College. At Western Washington University, he developed and taught the first university course on psychological violence (bullying) at work. He is a social psychologist by training.
