Janine Walker Caffrey

Dr. Janine Walker Caffrey is uniquely qualified to deliver this message of Drive. She holds a bachelor’s degree in education, a master’s in educational administration, and a doctorate in educational leadership. Her professional experience includes over 24 years of teaching and administration, pre-K - college levels, in rural, urban and suburban schools, both public and private. Dr. Caffrey has successfully raised her own children to be very driven. Her son, a Florida State graduate, is a playwright and founder/artistic director of Tympanic Theatre Company in Chicago. Her daughter, a Manhattan School of Music graduate, lives and works in New York City, working in artist management and professional singing/acting. As a trainer and speaker, she has facilitated over 100 events in 20 states and 3 other countries on a wide variety of educational and parenting topics. She currently presents at over 25 events annually, produces a monthly parenting newsletter, and is the head of school for Renaissance Academy , the K-12 school she founded. In order to expand the culture of drive beyond her school, she established Drive Institute, providing invaluable resources to corporations, organizations, parents and schools.
