Rick Moonen

RICK MOONEN is the chef-owner of RM seafood in Las Vegas. He earned three stars from the New York Times for his previous restaurants, RM seafood in New York City, Oceana, and Molyvos. A strong supporter of responsibly harvested seafood, he brought together thousands of chefs nationwide to fight for the purity of food. He is a member of the board of the French Culinary Institute and a founding member of the Seafood Choices Alliance.
