Amanda Brooks

Amanda Brooks is one of those rare people who have always been drawn to the adult industry. She was in her last year of college when she decided to enter the industry by cocktailing at a leading Dallas gentleman's club. Six months later, she advanced to stripping. She danced for the next four years; working her way around the major clubs in Dallas and Las Vegas. At 26, still curious, she placed an escort ad online for a weekend. That experiment was a success so she quit stripping and began building her business as an independent escort. Although based in Dallas, she worked in over 15 major cities during her escort career. She retired from escorting just shy of 29 and began working on a book for escorts. The idea for The Internet Escort's Handbook was born only a few months after she began escorting. The general lack of reliable information and the complete lack of all necessary information in one resource led her to feel that there was a need for an escort's handbook. Her, and others', experiences in the business showed her that such a reference guide was essential to an escort's safety and well-being, both personally and professionally. Born and raised in Texas, Amanda has traveled all over the U.S. and internationally for business and pleasure. She holds a Bachelor's Degree with a double-major in photography and English. The Internet Escort's Handbook Book 1: The Foundation is her first book.
