Dawn Eden
At the time she wrote The Thrill of the Chaste, Dawn Eden worked in the New York City newspaper world as deputy news editor at the New York Daily News and, before that, as a copy editor and headline writer for the New York Post. (She won the 2005 New York State Associated Press Award with her headline about a man suing over a commode collapse: HURT IN LINE OF DOODY.) A former rock historian, Eden has her own blog, The Dawn Patrol, and her writings have appeared in numerous national publications, including The Wall Street Journal and the Sunday Times of London. The Thrill of the Chaste is her first book.
