Lisa Manuel

Lisa Manuel entered the writing world as an assistant editor for a reference book publisher and, later, as a ghostwriter for a biography publisher. It was in romance fiction, and historical romance in particular, however, that she discovered her passion. Lisa is the author of the historical series, MOSTLY MARRIED, MOSTLY MAYHEM and MOSTLY A LADY. MOSTLY MARRIED was originally a Golden Heart Finalist in 2003, and in 2005 it was nominated for the Virginia Romance Writers’ Holt Medallion Award. Lisa makes her home in South Florida with her husband of more than twenty-five years (she calls him her modern day warrior!) and two beautiful, talented daughters. They love to travel, especially to the places that have inspired her writing. To give a little back to the organization that has provided her with so many opportunities, she has served these past two years as Vice President of her local RWA chapter, the Florida Romance Writers.
