Charles Kaiser

Charles Kaiser was born in Washington, D.C. He grew up there and in Albany, N.Y., Dakar, Senegal, London, England and Windsor, Conn. He is a former writer for The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal and Newsweek. His articles have also appeared in New York, Vanity Fair, Rolling Stone, The Washington Post, and The New York Observer, among many other publications. He has taught at Columbia and Princeton, where he was the Ferris Professor of Journalism.
