Jane Lovering

Jane Lovering began writing before the midwife had slapped her and has continued despite other peopleโ€™s attempts to slap her. She lives in North Yorkshire, UK with her partner, bringing up five children in a large, damp mound of ruralness, with four cats, two irrepressible dogs, a repressed horse, guinea-pigs, and various other forms of life, vertebrate, invertebrate and fungal. She writes novels about the ridiculousness of being human (and occasionally non-human) in the desperate belief that this will make her more attractive. Her hobbies include shouting, reading and marshmallows. She has all her own teeth and is available for Bar-mitzvahs and weddings.
