Dina Temple-Raston
Dina Temple-Raston, author of A Death in Texas: A story of Race, Murder and a Small Town’s Struggle for Redemption (about the Jasper dragging death) and Justice on the Grass : Three Rwandan Journalists, Their Trial for War Crimes and a Nation's Quest for Redemption, has a diverse resume, with experience ranging from reporting for Asiaweek Magazine and being Hong Kong-China correspondent for Bloomberg News, to acting as an economics and energy correspondent for USA Today, producer for CNNfn and City Hall Bureau Chief for The New York Sun. She is a member of the Overseas Press Club, Council on Foreign Relations, White House Correspondents Association and the National Press Club. She is currently completing a Master's Degree in Arabic Language and Islamic studies at Columbia University.
