I've traveled extensively in the Caribbean and those passions are most evident in Running Wrecked. Running Wrecked is a gumbo made from my many adventures to the torrid zone; a blend of all the islands, all the people, and all the rum, which makes for a unique view of the islands, yet ultimately familiar to those that love them as much as I do. This wayward, wandering soul personality pervades my adventures—from skiing the backcountry coulees in British Columbia, to diving shipwrecks in the 35-degree water of Lake Superior, to eating Volcano Chicken at the schizophrenic Lime 'n' Pub Restaurant on St. Vincent in the Grenadines.
