Sam Lloyd

Sam Lloyd was born in Southport in the north of England. After studying illustration at the University of Brighton Sam began to write and illustrate books for children. Since leaving university Sam has had over ten books published. Mr Pusskins is her first book for Orchard Books and is a delightful story about a mischievous and truly grumpy cat. Sam is a dedicated cat lover. When she was a child she owned six cats! Mr Pusskins is dedicated to each and every one of these along with Sam’s dad. She currently lives in Brighton with her boyfriend and a ginger cat named Ruben.
