Kat Michaels

Kat Michaels lives in Upstate New York with her children and husband Her passion for children only increased after the premature birth of her son Evan, who weighed a whopping two pounds seven ounces at birth. Evan has taught his mother that miracles exist for all of us as long as we are willing to see them. As an advocate for childen's causes Kat will help raise money to benifit any orgianization involved with the welfare of children. Willow's Bend is Kat Michaels' break out book that teaches children a valuable lesson about friendship through a group of ungorgettable characters. She is currently working on two other books and is in the beginging phases of setting up school tours and visits. Kat writes not only for the child on our lap but also for the child inside each of us and hopes to touch all of her readers with a bit of magic.
