Katie Kay's education on the subject of domestic violence, along with her direct experiences, provide the reader with an insight into the violent world of domestic abuse and support for those who still find themselves involved in controlling situations. Katie offers education and hope to those who are living in, or trying to get out of the trauma of living life with a controlling partner. Katie has survived the cycle, post traumatic stress syndrome, and lives happily in Illinois. She enjoys a happy and healthy relationship with her current boyfriend and permanent partner.
