Kate Lehrer writes about strong women who go against the norm. In her new novel, Confessions of a Bigamist, she asks--can a woman have it all? With tongue-in-cheek, she questions traditional notions of romance, marriage, identity. Her last novel, Out of Eden, winner of the Western Heritage Award, is now available in paperback. Kate Lehrer, in addition to her novels, writes short stories, essays and book reviews and also participates in the Diane Rehm Book Club on National Public Radio. She grew up in Texas and now resides with her husband Jim in Washington, DC.
