Mark Frauenfelder

Mark Frauenfelder is the editor-in-chief of MAKE magazine (see http://makezine.com). He is the founder of Boing Boing (http://boingboing.net), which has 2,000,000 daily visitors and was the winner of the Bloggy Awards' "Weblog of the Year" for two years running (2003 and 2004). Mark was an editor at Wired from 1993-1998 and was the founding editor-in-chief of Wired Online. His articles about technology and culture have appeared in Wired, The New York Times Magazine, Popular Science, MIT Technology Review, Playboy, Business 2.0 and The Industry Standard. He wrote and illustrated The Mad Professor for Chronicle Books, a book of science experiments for kids, which was published in the Fall of 2002, and "THE WORLD'S WORST: A Guide to the Most Disgusting, Hideous, Inept and Dangerous, People, Places and Things on Earth."
