Cher Gorman

Cher is a multi-award winning author and her first published novel, WOLF ISLAND was a 2006 EPPIE Award Finalist. She is a popular workshop presenter and also has a non-fiction collaborative project called Ten Steps to Creating Memorable Characters available in 2006 in addition to her fiction. She has a B.A. in Art and moved from Georgia to Colorado in 1987where she met and married her soul mate. She has been married for seventeen years, has one daughter and a very spoiled miniature dachshund named Spike. Her dream has always been to craft well- written stories that someone besides her husband or mother would want to read. Cher loves good food, great books and movies. She is a fan of CSI, Law and Order, Stargate and Battlestar Galactica. She also collects Christmas ornaments of which she now has way too many. Cher is an avid supporter of Special Olympics and people with disabilities. "I hope you enjoy reading my stories as much as I enjoy the journey of creating them for you."
