Kiran Desai

Kiran's work was featured in the New Yorker India Fiction Issue in 1997 and in Mirrorwork, the anthology of 50 years of Indian writing edited by Salman Rushdie. She is the daughter of distinguished author Anita Desai, and is currently a student at Columbia University.
