Dawn Perlmutter

Director of the Institute for the Research of Organized and Ritual Violence, LLC, regularly consults for and trains local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies throughout the United States on identifying and investigating ritualistic crimes and terrorism carried out by extremist religious groups. Dr. Perlmutter holds a PH.D. from New York University and a Masters degree from American University.
