After finding her husband in a compromising position Cheryl
decides that she wants a divorce. When she calls her
closest friend Laura to confide and cry on her shoulder she
finds out that Laura is thinking of getting a divorce as
well. The two women end up using an old lawyer friend of
Cheryl's to do both of their divorces. As the girls
commiserate with each other over their failed marriages and
what they will do now, they find that they both secretly
wish to open a high-end bordello. Cheryl and Laura pool
their money together and find an old hotel to buy and
renovate. Their many adventures begin and Laura and Cheryl
quickly change into self-assured and sexually secure women.
Only one thing may ruin their grand plans. A man from
Cheryl's ex-husbands boating club wants the hotel for
himself and he wants revenge on her since she was one of
the only women to ward off his advances. Will their plan to
undermine him work or will they lose their dream hotel? ALL
THE TRIMMINGS is a fast paced story about two women who
take their lives back into their own hands. I enjoyed
watching both Cheryl and Laura gaining their confidence and
sexuality. This book has a cast of many characters from a
mother who lives in a sexually active commune to a hooker
and her boyfriend that help turn the hotel into a bordello.
Tensi Morgan writes an interesting tale of sexual
awakenings. Not only do Cheryl and Laura find their libidos
working overtime but they also help another woman get out
from under her cruel husbands thumb. The friendships that
develop and evolve in this story make it a good read. The
two women show that anyone can make his or her dreams come
true with the right help.
Cheryl and Laura decide to pool their substantial divorce
settlements and buy a hotel. When the women find out that
each secretly harbors a desire to run an upmarket bordello,
they seize the opportunity to turn St Jude’s into a bawdy
funhouse for both sexes, where fantasies–from the mild to
the increasingly kinky–are indulged. But when attractive,
sinister John Dempsey comes on the scene, Cheryl is smitten,
but Laura less so, convinced he’s trouble. Which of the
women is right? And will their friendship–and their
business–survive?
