Romance Paranormal

Lily is immortal, has great friends, a tons of money and is living the high life in New York City. Her job is to find liars and unsavory men, give them a night of their lives and send them to hell, literally. After thousands of years of having one night stands, Lily yearns for something more. Nathan Coleman, is the P.I that has come to Lily to ask questions regarding a missing man that he is trying to locate. When it becomes obvious that someone or something is trying to destroy Lily and her friends, it appears that Nathan may know more than he is telling. Will Lily and Nathan be able to find true love?

I thought SUCCUBUS IN THE CITY was highly entertaining and was so glad that I had the chance to read it because it is very different from the books that I normally read. This was one of the funniest books that I have ever read--I constantly found myself laughing. When I began this book, I didn't think I would like it because I wasn't able to relate to Lily but, the more I read the more I was exposed to the real Lily, the vulnerable woman that she actually was, making me see her in a new light. By the end of the book, I found myself really liking Lily and wanting to read more about her. The thing that I absolutely loved about this book was the friendship between Lily and her friends, they were the ultimately best friend that anyone could ever ask for, the friends that will always have your back and will always be there when you need them. I also liked that even though Lily has all these material things, that she still feels the need to fall in love, to have a man truly love her, for herself.
