Fredrick Hahn

Fredrick Hahn has been a professional exercise trainer for more than 20 years. He is certified by the American Council on Exercise, and is president and cofounder of The National Council for Exer­cise Standards. In June of 1998, Fred found­ed and established Serious Strength™, Inc., on Manhattan’s Upper West Side. Fred has lectured extensively on exercise at various venues including PrincetonUniversity, Chelsea Piers, Hospital for Joint Diseases, and Mt.SinaiHospital, and has trained many well-known Hollywood stars. Fred lives in New York City.
