Romance Suspense | Romance Anthology

This anthology brings together the work of three talented romantic suspense authors. You're guaranteed to like at least one of the stories, but I'm betting you'll love all of them! All three authors are skilled at making you care about the characters in the relatively short space of a novella.

DIRTY SECRETS by Karen Rose -- Emma Townsend has based her career on teaching people to deal with their grief. But she's completely devastated when her husband is killed and can't seem to apply all the techniques she teaches to her own life. When she discovers a letter in her things in the attic from an old friend in high school and finds out that he confessed to having feelings for her, she feels compelled to track him down and let him know she never saw the letter. Seeing Christopher Walker again brings back some old feelings and when Emma finds herself in the middle of a death and trouble in Christopher's life, they have plenty of chances to get to know each other again.

NECESSARY BETRAYAL by Annie Solomon -- Francesca Bern has worked hard to keep her younger sister, Gina, away from her family's former life. Unfortunately, escaping mob connections can be a bit of a challenge. Francesca fears the worst when she gets a frightened call from Gina and then her sister disappears. Frantically trying to find Gina, Francesca turns to some of her spurned family members, only to find herself in the middle of a mob murder. And investigating the case is the man who broke her heart and was responsible for her father's imprisonment, Quinn Lewis. Quinn had been working undercover when she fell in love with him, only to be devastated when she found out he was investigating her family. Now she's forced to turn to him for help in finding her sister.

ENDLESS NIGHT by Carla Cassidy -- Talk about a bad blind date. First, Amanda and Clay just really don't hit it off. I mean, he hardly speaks and she's bored, bored, bored. But unfortunately, it's going to become the never- ending date, because shots are fired and she sees a side to Clay she never expected. The two are on the run and, as you can imagine, emotions run high as Clay tries to figure out who is trying to kill him.
