The story is what made me want to read this book. Never having read any of the author's previous work I wasn't sure what to expect. I was hooked from the very beginning and could not put it down. There were no "bad" people in the three main characters and she wrote such a honest and sensitive story about each character.I just couldn't root for any one person because in the end,you someone was going to be hurt. Have recommended to several friends. Was happy to read that she is in the middle of writing another book in this city so hopefully we will find out more about what's happening with these characters.
