Rosemary Reynolds is at a crossroads in her life. Losing her childhood friend, Lacy, has left her devastated and grief-stricken. But when Lacy leaves their small group a charm bracelet and a message from beyond the grave, Rosemary is forced to take stock of her life. Unsure of her neat and safe life in small town Morning Glory, living on her overprotective parents land, Rosemary feels restless and wants to grab a chance at life for herself, and for Lacy. So when an opportunity arises to apartment-sit in New York for two weeks, Rosemary accepts. But she never expected to meet someone on her first day in the city, that could change everything...

Sal Genovese is struggling to take control of his life from his Italian family's expectations. His father assumes that he will become part of the family restaurant business, while his mother has already picked his bride and is pushing him towards the altar. But Sal knows that he needs to make his own choices, no matter where they may take him. And then he sees her...

With interfering families, adventure and passion, can two people who seem worlds apart, turn a two week holiday into something so much more?

CHARMINGLY YOURS by Liz Talley is a beautiful tale of friendship, love and family. Rosemary knows loss and doesn't want to fade away in her hometown, but fear of the unknown is hard to overcome. Sal doesn't want to disappoint his family but knows he has to make a stand to live his own life. Together their chemistry is a wonder to behold, and the author effortlessly weaves us into their journey of self-discovery. Full of depth and emotion CHARMINGLY YOURS by Liz Talley is a truly captivating novel and I cannot wait to read more from this author.

SUMMARY

For Rosemary Reynolds, life in tiny Morning Glory, Mississippi, is just like the fabric store she runs: it seems she’s always waiting around for someone else to make the first stitch. Then a dear childhood friend passes away, leaving behind a gift that sends Rosemary on a once-in-a-lifetime adventure.

Despite her mother’s protests, Rosemary heads to New York City for a stay in her cousin’s trendy SoHo loft. On her first day in town, a wrong turn leads her to Little Italy…and into the arms of handsome, outgoing Sal Genovese. Sal’s mother wants him to marry a longtime family friend, but to him, Rosemary is a breath of fresh country air, and he’s happy to show her a good time. Soon, Rosemary is swept up in a world she thought only existed in movies. To turn a two-week fling into a forever thing, she and Sal will have to make every moment count.
