Gay / Lesbian Romance | Romance Gay

Gruff Muir and Dante Anastagio have been best friends forever. They grew up together, and Gruff is not just his best friend but considered his brother. They are both firefighters in New York and love their job, their friends, and the ladies always throwing themselves at them.

Lately though Gruff has been having some strange feelings for his Dante, and he doesn't know how to cope with them. So when Dante gets himself into a financial mess, which leads to him posing for a porn site and asks Gruff to appear with him, the confusion grows.

Initially Gruff is very opposed to the idea and shocked to find that Dante has gone ahead and done a video for the site, a video Gruff can't seem to stop watching. When he realizes Dante is going to keep doing the videos, Gruff finds himself scared but willing to do whatever he has to do, to help his best friend and keep anyone else from joining in on the self gratification scenes. Gruff is afraid that during the shoot they may cross lines they can never come back from. Lines that will cause him to lose Dante forever, if Dante discovers his real feelings.

Damon Suede does a remarkable job with HOT HEAD, giving an amazingly accurate look at the lives of firefighters, their loves and their losses. Most importantly he tells a love story about two men who have spent their lives being straight until they realize the love they have been looking for has been right there next to them the whole time. All readers of romance will enjoy the love story told in HOT HEAD. Romance isn't limited, and Damon Suede shows how two men can truly find what they are looking for and open all readers to a sexy genre.

SUMMARY

Where there’s smoke, there’s fire...

Since 9/11, Brooklyn firefighter Griff Muir has wrestled with impossible feelings for his best friend and partner at Ladder 181, Dante Anastagio. Unfortunately, Dante is strictly a ladies’ man, and the FDNY isn’t exactly gay-friendly. For ten years, Griff has hidden his heart in a half-life of public heroics and private anguish.

Griff’s caution and Dante’s cockiness make them an unbeatable team. To protect his buddy, there’s nothing Griff wouldn’t do… until a nearly bankrupt Dante proposes the worst possible solution: HotHead.com, a gay porn website where uniformed hunks get down and dirty. And Dante wants them to appear there―together. Griff may have to guard his heart and live out his darkest fantasies on camera. Can he rescue the man he loves without wrecking their careers, their families, or their friendship?
